Job summary

Brookshire Grocery Company is seeking an Inventory Associate to monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels within the Inventory Management System and to greet customers consistent with our service standard. This role supports stock counts, ordering, and shelf replenishment in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will work with store leadership to resolve shortages, maintain safety and cleanliness, and provide friendly customer service while keeping accurate records for reporting and audits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of related experience preferred.
• Ability to learn inventory software and systems.

Responsibilities

• Performs stock counts in the Inventory Management System daily to ensure accuracy.
• Maintains accurate inventory levels through proper ordering and receiving of product.
• Ensures all pending inventory transactions are reviewed and completed daily.
• Communicates with store director on inventory levels and resolves shortages.
• Ensures product levels are maintained and replenished on shelves.
• Maintains clean and safe working environment according to Company policies.
• Provides friendly customer service by greeting customers and answering questions.
• Assists with other duties, including periodic inventory counts.
