Job summary

Brookshire Grocery Company is seeking an Inventory Associate to monitor and maintain inventory within the Inventory Management System. You will greet customers, support stock accuracy, and ensure proper ordering and replenishment of products.

Responsibilities include daily cycle counts, communicating with store leadership, and upholding safety and cleanliness standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Basic math and counting accuracy required.
• Understanding of store backroom standards.
• Ability to learn inventory systems and software.

Responsibilities

• Performs daily stock counts in the Inventory Management System to ensure balance accuracy.
• Maintains inventory levels through proper ordering and receiving.
• Reviews pending transactions and completes them daily.
• Communicates inventory levels with store director and addresses shortages.
• Ensures shelves are stocked and products replenished.
• Maintains a clean and safe store environment per policies.
• Greet customers and provide friendly service while handling questions.
