Job summary

Brookshire Grocery Company seeks an Inventory Clerk to monitor and maintain accurate stock levels within the Inventory Management System. You will greet customers and uphold our core value of service excellence in daily interactions.

Responsibilities include daily stock counts, ordering, receiving, and ensuring shelves are full and accurate. Strong attention to detail and basic math skills are required; experience with pallet jacks is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school Diploma or GED and one or more years of related experience preferred.
• Intermediate knowledge of the company's backroom organization standards.
• Basic knowledge of product placement.
• Basic mathematical skills.
• Ability to operate a pallet jack.

Responsibilities

• Perform stock counts in the Inventory Management System daily to ensure accuracy of product balances.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels through proper ordering and receiving of product.
• Ensure all pending inventory transactions are reviewed and completed daily.
• Communicate with store director on inventory levels; research shortages and correct shelf conditions.
