Job summary

Brookshire Grocery Company is seeking an Inventory Associate to maintain accurate stock levels within our store network. You will perform daily counts, verify quantities in the Inventory Management System, and help ensure shelves are properly stocked.

The role requires basic math, proficiency with Excel/Office, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, including nights and weekends. High school diploma or GED is required, and lifting up to 55 lbs is part of the job.

Qualifications

• Experience with stock counts and inventory accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• High school diploma or GED, 18+.

Responsibilities

• Perform stock counts daily in the Inventory Management System.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels through proper ordering and receiving.
• Review and complete all pending inventory transactions.
• Communicate inventory levels with store director; investigate shortages.
• Ensure product levels on shelves and replenish as needed.
• Maintain safe, clean working environment per company policies.
• Assist with other duties including bi-annual inventory counts.
