Job summary

Brookshire Grocery Company is seeking an Inventory Clerk to monitor and maintain accurate inventory in our system. You will greet customers with the core value of service and ensure shelf accuracy through daily stock counts and proper replenishment.

The role requires basic math, familiarity with Excel, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment with flexible scheduling, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience with inventory processes and accuracy in counting stock.
• Ability to use Excel for reporting and basic analysis.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Performs stock counts in the inventory system daily to ensure product balances.
• Maintains accurate inventory levels through proper ordering and receiving.
• Communicates inventory status with store director and addresses shortages.
• Maintains shelving with stocked and correctly merchandised items.
• Adheres to safety procedures and supports other duties, including cycle counts.
