Job summary

US Foods, Inc. in Spokane, WA is seeking a full-time Inventory Control Clerk to perform daily counts, audits, and documentation across warehouse operations. You will help ensure accuracy and compliance in a fast-paced distribution center.

Responsibilities include researching transactions, preparing reports, reconciling invoices, and operating inventory systems. A high school diploma and 3+ years in a distribution setting are required; HACCP experience is a plus, with certification to operate

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three years experience in Inventory Control or clerical in a Distribution Center.
• HACCP experience preferred.
• Strong computer literacy with MS Office and inventory databases.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inventory counts and audits with documentation.
• Research transactions to derive root cause and provide resolution.
• Prepare, compile and retain reports in printed and electronic form.
• Identify products in inventory database and check dates.
• Perform full range of Inventory Reclass/Transfer functions.
• Reconcile routes, invoices and related documents.
• Process debit/credit adjustments with accurate reason codes.
• Move and stage pallet loads using material handling equipment.
• Adhere to safety and food safety standards; maintain time records.
• Work in office and ambient, refrigerated, and frozen storage areas.
