Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three years experience in Inventory Control or clerical in a distribution center.
• Knowledge of MS Office and inventory databases preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inventory counts and audits with detailed documentation.
• Research transactions and root causes; provide resolutions.
• Prepare and retain reports in printed and electronic form.
• Identify products in inventory database and check product code dates.
• Perform inventory reclassification and transfer tasks.
• Verify and process driver returns.
• Reconcile routes and invoices; manage debit/credit adjustments.
• Move and stage pallet loads using material handling equipment.
• Follow safety, food safety, and company standards.
• Maintain timecards and attendance records.
• Work in office and refrigerated/frozen storage environments.
