Job summary

ADUSA Distribution is seeking an Inventory Support Associate to maintain accurate inventory in grocery and perishable warehouses. Responsibilities include data entry, auditing outbound cases, and supporting receiving and shipping teams.

Will work with customers in retail, merchandising, trucking, and distribution to resolve discrepancies. Ideal candidate will perform daily warehouse duties, conduct cycle counts, monitor damage, and help improve procedures to boost efficiency and reduce costs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory of all departments within distribution center.
• Perform perpetual cycle counts and all supplemental count requirements within established time frames.
• Monitor warehouse damage and initiate resolution.
• Notify appropriate department leads for product discrepancies.
• Utilize reports to investigate inventory discrepancies and audit results.
• Perform daily warehouse responsibilities in shipping, receiving, and/or inventory management within established time frames.
