Job summary

Quirch Foods is seeking an Inventory Control Clerk to maintain accurate inventory records and support warehouse operations. You will perform cycle counts, audits, and collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure inbound and outbound transactions are tracked accurately.

The role requires attention to detail, proficiency with inventory management software, and strong communication to resolve discrepancies and generate actionable reports.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in inventory control or warehouse operations preferred.
• Proficiency in using inventory management software and MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records using inventory management software.
• Perform regular cycle counts and audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to manage inbound and outbound inventory transactions.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Generate reports and provide analysis on inventory levels, trends, and variances.
