Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three years’ inventory control or clerical experience in a distribution center.
• Knowledge of HACCP preferred.
• Computer literacy: MS Office and inventory database systems.
• Ability to operate PIC/PIT equipment and perform root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inventory counts and audits with detailed documentation.
• Research transactions and exceptions to derive root cause and resolution.
• Prepare, compile and retain reports and records in printed and electronic form.
• Identify products in inventory database and check codes/dates.
• Move and stage pallet loads using material handling equipment.
• Adhere to safety, food safety, and attendance policies.
• Support warehouse logistics with accurate clerical tasks.
