Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking an Inventory Control position in Conyers, GA. The role focuses on ensuring inventory accuracy and integrity for the store, with both full-time and part-time opportunities available.

The candidate will manage cycle counts, analyze POS data, and maintain documentation while delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• One year of inventory control experience in a big box retail environment or equivalent.
• Demonstrated POS analysis and reporting experience.
• Business analysis experience is a plus.
• Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Excellent customer service and ability to work under pressure.
• Able to multi-task, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Follow daily cycle count and category review calendar.
• Audit inventory movements and adjust in the system.
• Review shipping and receiving documents for accuracy.
• Notify managers of discrepancies in tagging or SKUing merchandise.
• Run and document monthly cycle count reports for accuracy.
• Check a minimum of 10 customer receipts daily and resolve discrepancies.
• Communicate discrepancies to Store Management with proposed solutions.
• Maintain all cycle count paperwork per SOP.
