Responsibilities include updating inventory data, communicating discrepancies, and assisting with physical inventories, while ensuring safe operation of warehouse equipment in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Forklift and inventory experience preferred; strong problem solving expected.
• Microsoft Word and Excel experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Solve inventory discrepancies during normal warehousing operations and communicate with leadership.
• Perform cycle counts, work orders, and other inventory checks to answer customer inquiries.
• Enter or update inventory records in the system to correct discrepancies.
• Act as a liaison for warehouse-related needs during audits or customer visits.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and take corrective action using hold, lot audit, and aging reports.
