Job summary

United States Cold Storage Inc is seeking a warehouse associate at our McDonough, GA facility. Responsibilities include unloading/loading trailers, verifying freight and lot numbers, performing inventory tasks, and ensuring accurate order picking.

You will operate forklifts and scanners, maintain safety, and support efficient, accurate shipping processes. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and prior high reach forklift/warehouse training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous high reach forklift and/or warehouse training required.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs with or without assistance.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Safety-focused with ability to follow instructions and use warehouse equipment.

Responsibilities

• Unload and load trailers and verify stacking and freight integrity.
• Count and verify products against driver manifests and inspect for damage.
• Identify and recover shortages, damages, and overages.
• Assist in inventory and stock rotation using scanners.
• Pull and prepare products for shipment, ensuring correct lot numbers and locations.
• Operate forklift and related equipment safely in compliance with policies.
