Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Forklift and inventory experience preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Microsoft Word and Excel experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Solve inventory discrepancies during normal warehousing operations and communicate with leadership.
• Perform cycle count, work orders, and other inventory checks to answer customer inquiries.
• Update inventory records in the system to correct discrepancies.
• Liaise for warehouse-related needs during audits or customer visits.
• Handle customer holds including labeling, relocating, and daily cycle counts.
