Floor & Decor in New York is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to ensure the accuracy and integrity of store stock. This role involves daily cycle counts, discrepancy research, and document reviews to maintain inventory integrity.

Formación

• 1 year of inventory control experience in a big-box retail environment.
• Demonstrated POS analysis and reporting experience.
• Business analysis experience is a plus.
• Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must be detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Must possess excellent customer service skills and work well under pressure.
• Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Follow the daily cycle count and category review calendar.
• Research inventory discrepancies and adjust in the system.
• Review shipping and receiving documents for accuracy.
• Flag tagging/SKUing discrepancies to department managers.
• Audit the BFR daily per SOP.
• Audit shipments and SRR/SOR processes per SOP.
• Ensure facility security and address issues with management.
• Assist during physical inventory periods.
• Maintain cycle count paperwork per SOP.
• Follow up to ensure changes are implemented.
