Job summary

Zenith Home Corp. seeks an Inventory Clerk to maintain accurate inventory records, support cycle counts, and ensure proper handling, storage, and tracking of materials within the warehouse.

The role collaborates with Receiving, Shipping, and Production teams to verify data against packing slips and ERP/WMS records, while contributing to continuous improvement of inventory accuracy and warehouse efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years inventory, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience with ERP or WMS preferred.
• Basic computer skills required (Excel or similar).
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records within the company’s ERP/WMS system.
• Perform routine cycle counts and assist with full physical inventory counts.
• Investigate, reconcile, and resolve inventory discrepancies and variances.
• Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy against packing slips and system records.
• Coordinate with receiving, shipping, and production teams to ensure accurate inventory transactions.
• Ensure proper labeling, storage, and organization of materials within the warehouse.
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages, overages, or potential issues.
• Assist with tracking and movement of raw materials, work-in-process (WIP), and finished goods.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse procedures and inventory control standards.
• Generate and maintain inventory reports as required.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to inventory accuracy and warehouse efficiency.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
