Job summary

ICP Group in Seaford, DE is seeking an Inventory Control Clerk responsible for precise inventory counts, cycle counting, and alignment between the WMS/Syspro ERP system and physical stock. The role supports warehouse operations, with forklift use and strong Excel/data analysis skills essential for accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in warehouse, inventory control, or production environments.
• Advanced Excel and computer skills; experience with WMS and Syspro preferred.
• Forklift certification a plus; able to lift medium to heavy weights as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform cycle counts and physically count inventory in assigned warehouse locations.
• Operate a fork truck or pallet jack when needed to access materials.
• Record inventory amounts by bin and reconcile discrepancies.
• Ensure WMS/ERP (Syspro) quantities align with physical counts and take corrective actions.
• Complete inventory adjustments, bin transfers, and system updates.
• Assess warehouse space and optimize item placement to conserve space and improve efficiency.
• Maintain safety compliance and participate in STOP program; use PPE.
• Keep work areas and equipment clean and organized.
• Attend team and supervisor meetings and report safety incidents promptly.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
