Job summary

Anduril Industries in Hudson, NH seeks an Inventory Control Specialist to maintain inventory accuracy and optimize material flow. You will coordinate with production and purchasing, perform cycle counts, and ensure ERP alignment with physical stock.

The role requires hands-on manufacturing operations experience, solid communication skills, and a continuous improvement mindset to reduce discrepancies and improve processes.

Qualifications

• Detail oriented with strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience in Material Management, Manufacturing Operations or related field.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Support the receipt, identification, and documentation of inventory.
• Support the shipping & receipt, identification, and documentation of inventory.
• Ensure inventory stock levels and locations match ERP system quantities and locations.
• Responsible for inventory accuracy, Cycle Counts and physical space optimization.
• Execute cycle counting process between Physical Inventory and the ERP system.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Collaborate with Purchasing and Production regarding counts and locations.
• Improve processes to address root causes of discrepancies.
• Supply the production floor with needed materials (daily kitting) per the monthly Production Plan.
• Perform mechanical inspection of incoming and in-stock materials with calipers and XRF; verify with CMM routines.
• Operate pre-programmed CMM routines to verify part conformance and support quality documentation.
