Job summary

Niagara Bottling LLC is seeking an Inventory Control Associate to manage inbound and outbound inventory using our ERP system. You will create purchase orders, process loads, and ensure accuracy through daily audits, cycle counts, and reconciliations with Oracle/EBS.

The role demands attention to detail, adherence to safety and GMP policies, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to maintain optimal inventory levels and smooth material flow.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates safety-first approach and compliance with GMP policies.
• Experience in inventory control in manufacturing environments preferred.
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate inventory.

Responsibilities

• Operate ERP system for inbound/outbound inventory processes.
• Create purchase orders for pallets, airgas, etc.
• Process recycle and destruction loads and non-conforming material.
• Ensure accuracy of finished goods, raw materials, and sub-assemblies per guidelines.
• Maintain accurate inventory balance through cycle counts and audits.
• Coordinate inbound receipts, intercompany transfers, and RMAs.
