Job summary

Niagara Bottling in Lancaster is seeking a Plant Inventory Control Associate to manage inbound and outbound inventory using our ERP system, perform cycle counts, and ensure material integrity.

You will create purchase orders, coordinate receipts and transfers, and maintain accurate Oracle/EBS records in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role requires 2 years in manufacturing and forklift certification preferred, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and safety.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in field or similar manufacturing environment.
• 2 years of experience in the position.
• Forklift certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Navigate ERP to manage inbound and outbound inventory operations.
• Create purchase orders for pallets and materials.
• Process recycle and destruction loads.
• Maintain finished goods, raw materials and sub-assemblies per guidelines.
• Coordinate inbound receipts, transfers and RMAs.
• Ensure accuracy of Oracle transactions and inventory records.
