Job summary

Niagara Bottling, LLC seeks a Plant Inventory Control Associate at the Detroit plant to manage inbound/outbound inventory using an advanced ERP system. You will create purchase orders, process loads, and ensure material integrity through daily audits and a robust cycle count program.

The role requires experience in field manufacturing, strong attention to accuracy, and compliance with GMPs. On-site work at the Detroit facility includes active collaboration with leadership and cross-functional

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with manufacturing experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in a field or similar manufacturing environment.
• Experience in inventory control, cycle counting and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Navigate ERP system to manage inbound and outbound inventory operations.
• Create purchase orders for pallets and materials.
• Process recycle and destruction loads per procedures.
• Maintain inventory accuracy with daily audits and cycle counts.
• Coordinate inbound receipts, intercompany transfers and RMAs.
• Verify Oracle transactions from Receiving to Inventory, WIP or Non-Conforming.
• Organize warehouse storage and maintain FIFO rotation.
