Job summary

Niagara Bottling in Allentown is seeking a Control Room Associate for the night shift to maintain accurate inventory levels and support inbound/outbound operations. You will navigate ERP/WMS to execute daily tasks, create and track purchase orders, and ensure proper inventory rotation and cycle counting across finished goods, raw materials and components.

Qualifications

• Maintain daily, weekly and monthly inventory levels in the WMS and ensure proper evaluation of inbound/outbound movements.
• Create purchase orders and process all inventory movements including non-conforming material in Agile.
• Maintain FIFO and SLOB controls and ensure accuracy of cycle counts and reports.

Responsibilities

• Navigate ERP to execute inbound and outbound inventory tasks.
• Maintain and audit inventory accuracy with daily cycle counts.
• Process purchases orders and material movements in Oracle/ERP systems.
• Coordinate inbound receipts, transfers, and RMAs with involved parties.
• Ensure compliance with safety, GMPs and Niagara policies.
