Job summary

Niagara Bottling in Stockton, CA is seeking an Inventory Control Associate to maintain daily, weekly, and monthly inventory levels using the WMS and Oracle systems. You will rotate stock, process inbound/outbound transactions and audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with FIFO procedures.

The role emphasizes partnership with operations teams, accuracy in reporting, and adherence to safety and quality standards as part of Niagara’s production workforce.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a field or similar manufacturing environment.
• 2 years of experience in the position.

Responsibilities

• Operate ERP system for inbound/outbound inventory tasks.
• Create purchase orders (pallets, airgas, etc.).
• Process recycle and destruction loads.
• Maintain finished goods, raw materials and components per guidelines.
• Verify inventory integrity with daily audits and cycle counts.
• Coordinate inbound receipts, intercompany transfers and RMAs.
• Record Oracle transactions from Receiving to Inventory, WIP or Non-Conforming.
• Organize warehouse storage for efficient distribution.
• Maintain FIFO and inventory rotation discipline.
• Prepare inventory balance reports and investigate discrepancies.
