Job summary

Niagara Bottling, LLC is seeking a Control Room Associate to maintain inventory accuracy in our Allentown plant. The role uses ERP and WMS to manage inbound/outbound materials, cycle counts, and transfers with a focus on FIFO and safety standards.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in manufacturing, with hands-on ERP/WMS experience and attention to detail. Strong teamwork and adherence to Niagara policies are essential for daily operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include 2 years of field experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Minimum 2 years in the specified position with no required people management experience.
• Preferred qualifications include additional years of experience in the field and position.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly inventory levels in the ERP/WMS systems.
• Create purchase orders and process inbound/outbound shipments and transfers.
• Execute cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate with internal teams to reconcile receipts, RMA's, and transfers.
• Ensure proper FIFO storage and material handling per procedures.
• Maintain accurate inventory reports by sub-organization and WIP status.
• Comply with safety, GMP, and Niagara policies; support continuous improvement.
