Waldom Electronics seeks an Inventory Associate to support day-to-day warehouse operations, reconcile data, and coordinate with multiple departments to resolve inventory issues. You will assist with stock adjustments and moves, audit locations, and generate reports to ensure accuracy.

The role requires forklift eligibility, basic Excel, and willingness to learn ERP/WMS. Strong accuracy, teamwork, and policy compliance are essential for success and growth within the organization.

Qualifications

• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain
• Ability to read and write English
• Willingness to become proficient with ERP/WMS Systems
• Basic Microsoft Excel skills
• Basic math skills
• Effective verbal and written communication
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

• Support shipping department operations to ensure accurate order completion
• Audit bin locations across buildings for inventory accuracy
• Oversee inventory levels based on audits and requests
• Reconcile inventory data and address discrepancies
• Investigate and resolve inventory issues with multiple departments
• Document and perform inventory adjustments or moves
• Generate and review inventory reports for trends and issues
• Collaborate with other departments on inventory initiatives
