Job summary

Waldom is seeking an Inbound Associate to manage daily Green Stock program operations, focusing on receiving, inspecting, and recording shipments with precision. You will ensure products meet quality standards before entering inventory and maintain compliance in ERP traceability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or 1–3 months warehouse experience.
• Ability to read and write in English.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Acute attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Team-oriented and collaborative.
• Math skills: add, subtract, multiply and divide.
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification.

Responsibilities

• Receive, sort and inspect products accurately and timely.
• Accurately record data on appropriate documentation.
• Put away products into locations per dimensional locating instructions.
• Load and unload freight shipments, verify quantities against the Bill of Lading (BOL) and report discrepancies.
• Receive products according to packing lists within 24-hour receipt target and check for accuracy.
• Document traceability information (date codes, country of origin, lot codes) in the ERP system.
• Provide Material Handling support to Operations via power equipment.
• Support Operations in other departments when workload dictates.
