Job summary

Waldom Electronics is seeking an Inventory Associate to support day-to-day inventory operations, reconcile data, and coordinate with shipping and other departments to resolve discrepancies.

You will conduct bin audits, handle adjustments, generate reports, and help maintain on-hand records in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

This role requires forklift certification (or willingness to obtain), basic Excel, and strong communication skills; opportunities for training and growth are available.

Qualifications

• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification.
• Ability to read and write English.
• Willingness to become proficient with ERP/WMS systems; prior experience preferred.
• Basic Microsoft Excel skills.
• Basic math skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Support shipping department to facilitate accurate and efficient order completion.
• Audit bin locations across buildings to ensure inventory accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain inventory levels based on audits and internal/external requests.
• Reconcile inventory data and address discrepancies with necessary adjustments.
