Job summary

Supply Technologies in Dayton, OH is hiring an ICQA Specialist responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy and quality assurance at the local level. The role focuses on audits, resolving discrepancies, and reconciling PO receipt quantities while coordinating between Operations and Quality.

You will conduct process audits, cycle counts, and inventory audits; monitor and report quality deviations; manage store tasks, maintenance records, and multi-site activities to ensure Supply Tech OS

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean record.
• 5% Travel.
• Experience in a warehouse distribution environment; fastener industry preferred.
• Experience operating forklift, order picker and reach truck.
• Ability to maintain a high level of physicality for prolonged periods and working primarily on your feet.
• Ability to utilize Microsoft Office 365 and other company spreadsheet programs is required.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Auditing the cycle count process to ensure accuracy between on-hand quantity and physical stock.
• Ensure adherence to warehouse work processes through audits of standard instructions.
• Research discrepancies to identify causes and resolve via past transactions and records.
• Review reports to identify problems and determine sources of discrepancies.
• Collaborate with warehouse personnel to address discrepancies and reconcile in the system.
• Maintain records of tasks to provide management with an accurate stock picture.
• Monitor Store Tasks and Audit 2 Reports to ensure targets are met and issues are escalated.
