Job summary

C&S Wholesale Services, LLC is seeking an ICQA Specialist to perform cycle counts across warehouse locations and ensure inventory accuracy. The role requires verifying product dating, auditing inbound receiving, and resolving variances in cooperation with Operations. Training is provided, with full benefits and growth opportunities.

Location at Plant City, FL, with a rotating schedule. Physical duties include handling items up to 60 lbs; prior warehouse experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Two to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with warehouse and inventory management systems and software preferred.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, pull, stoop, grip, carry and lift 20–60 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct accurate cycle counts of inventory locations using appropriate tools and update the system as required.
• Investigate and process problem pallets and unlocated inventory; log errors per supervisor directions.
• Validate dating of product in the warehouse and update records as needed.
• Perform daily inbound receiving audits and research variances to identify root causes.
• Assist buyers with item checks and code transfers within the warehouse.
• Coordinate handling of obsolete and at-risk inventory (vendor returns, recalls, donations) and verify adjustments.
• Travel required: No.
