Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to count and reconcile warehouse stock daily, supporting accuracy in the Warehouse Management System. You will manage salvaged and damaged stock and ensure quality controls on receipts and shipments.

The role requires 2 years of inventory/shipping experience, strong math and Excel skills, and the ability to communicate across departments. This on-site position offers competitive pay and benefits with room for growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
• 2 years of inventory control, shipping, or receiving experience.
• Must read, write and speak English fluently and communicate across departments.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee inventory control to achieve high accuracy.
• Develop and enforce inventory SOPs to meet financial and operational needs.
• Resolve issues impacting service, operations and finance.
• Lead accurate placement of inventory in picking locations and address QC issues.
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal teams and stakeholders.
