Job summary

Revelyst Operations is seeking an inventory control associate to maintain accuracy through daily cycle counts and meticulous record-keeping. You will support warehouse operations with picking, replenishment, and consolidation tasks while maintaining productivity under department guidelines.

Responsibilities include verifying mispicks, vendor carton checks, and coordinating with inventory analysts to resolve variances. Must be able to work 8+ hours in a fast-paced warehouse with RF equipment.

Qualifications

• Must read, write and communicate effectively in English for business and safety purposes.
• Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent and 0-2 years of related experience.
• 2+ years Inventory Control/Cycle Count experience a plus.
• Math, reading, and voice comprehension are necessary.
• Previous knowledge of RF equipment a plus.
• Ability to operate a hand truck, pallet jack or other material moving equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily system generated cycle counts and 30/60/90-day counts.
• Complete the daily opportunistic count / open counts.
• Verify and put away daily mispicks.
• Verify vendor cartons for pick location discrepancies.
• Daily consolidation of items in multiple pick locations.
• Assist with consolidation of picking locations.
• Operate voice equipment and headset.
• Follow safety and security procedures.
• Meet or exceed accuracy and productivity expectations.
• Use assigned tools and equipment safely.
