CEVA Logistics is seeking an Inventory Team Lead (1st ISC) in Melrose Park, IL to lead physical inventories, reconcile counts, and drive accuracy across the warehouse. You will oversee counting processes, data entry, and collaboration with operations to resolve discrepancies and improve warehouse controls.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 2–3 years’ related experience, plus forklift certification and a valid driver’s license.

Competenze

• 2–3 years of related experience.
• Forklift certification and valid driver’s license preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry.

Mansioni

• Run inventory reports from the WMS and transfer data to Count Sheet templates.
• Print Count Sheets and conduct physical counts, recording results in the system.
• Investigate discrepancies by cycle counting and tracing last known locations.
• Audit staging areas and perform empty location audits; report findings to supervisor.
