CEVA Logistics is seeking an Inventory Specialist to perform physical counts, record data, and help reconcile inventory discrepancies. You will work with the WMS system to generate reports and ensure accuracy across counts and audits.

The role requires forklift operation capability, basic math, and strong attention to detail. A high school diploma or GED is required, with fluent English and good PC skills. Travel is None and the position is on-site in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Forklift Driver Certification is listed as minimum requirement.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
• Ability to read, write and speak English fluently.

Responsabilités

• Perform physical inventory counts and record results.
• Run inventory reports and transfer data to count sheets.
• Enter count results into system files and report discrepancies.
• Research inventory discrepancies by cycle counting discrepant items.
• Assist in other operations tasks as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and timely reporting to supervisor.
