Job summary

Paylocity is seeking a Logistics Team Member in Indianapolis to support inventory accuracy through restocking and cycle counting. You will analyze inventory data reports and ensure timely, accurate updates across systems.

You will operate powered equipment, generate and input reports, and uphold ISO quality standards in a non-controlled warehouse environment. This role is a 2nd-shift, hourly, non-exempt position with safety as a priority.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in a fast-paced manufacturing or distribution center preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Must not be afraid of heights.
• Must achieve powered equipment certification.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Restock inventory and perform cycle counts by analyzing inventory data reports.
• Utilize powered equipment to count, receive or transport product.
• Use computer systems to generate reports and input results.
• Focus on ISO processes to ensure task accuracy and quality.
