Weber Logistics is seeking an Inventory Control Clerk to maintain accurate inventory records at our Chino location. The role includes clerical work for ordering, receiving, bin assignment, cycle counts, and monitoring the order selection process.

The position emphasizes coordinating physical inventories with Warehouse Operations, Customer Service and Accounting, and developing cycle count programs while ensuring adherence to company policy.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• 1-3 years related experience and/or training.
• Proficient in MS Office, including Word and Excel.
• Familiarity with ERP, TMS and MS Office systems.
• Previous experience in warehouse/distribution.

Responsibilities

• Compile data from contracts, purchase orders, invoices, requisitions, and enter information into computer to maintain inventory, purchasing, shipping, or other records.
• Coordinate and direct the activities of location physical inventories with Warehouse Operations, Customer Service and Accounting.
• Initiate daily bin verifications and develop cycle count program; make system inventory adjustments.
• Update inventory control computer system for stock relocations and investigate discrepancies.
• Conduct regular audits of OS&D area and monitor excess stock levels; coordinate disposal of excess, damaged, and out-of-code items.
• Follow inventory control procedures and conduct regular training sessions with cross-departments.
