Job summary

Prime Controls is seeking an Inventory Clerk to maintain inventory accuracy, support transactions, cycle counts, and audits while keeping the warehouse organized for seamless material flow. The successful candidate will be methodical, meticulous, and able to investigate discrepancies until root causes are found, ensuring every transaction is recorded promptly.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse or inventory control.
• Ability to read and match part numbers and lot/serial numbers.
• Experience with ERP/inventory systems and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Verify on-hand quantities against system records daily.
• Perform cycle counts and investigate discrepancies.
• Process adjustments, receipts, transfers, and returns.
• Assist receiving, put-away, kitting and shipping during peak periods.
• Maintain count sheets and audit documentation.
• Follow inventory control procedures and PPE requirements.
