Job summary

Weber Logistics is seeking an Inventory Control Clerk in Rancho Cucamonga to maintain accurate inventory records, assign warehouse bin locations, and support cycle counts. The role involves compiling data from contracts, POs, and invoices, and coordinating with Warehouse Operations, Customer Service, and Accounting to ensure accurate stock levels.

Responsibilities include initiating daily bin verifications, updating the inventory system for relocations, and training staff during inventories;

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years related experience in inventory/warehouse.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel).
• Familiarity with ERP and TMS systems preferred.
• Experience in warehouse or distribution environment beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Compile inventory records from contracts, PO, invoices, and requisitions.
• Coordinate physical inventories with Warehouse Operations, Customer Service and Accounting.
• Initiate daily bin verifications; develop cycle count program; adjust system inventory as needed.
• Update inventory software for stock relocations and discrepancies.
• Conduct audits of OS&D area and manage excess, damaged, or out-of-code items.
