Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• 1-2 years of warehouse experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Familiarity with TIHI calculations and pallet configurations.
• Forklift certification training.
• Commitment to OSHA regulations and safety procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Report variances and cycle count results to the Warehouse Supervisor.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and perform forensic analysis.
• Identify gaps and non-conformances and recommend corrective actions.
• Partner with management to establish inventory control best practices.
• Participate in inventory-related meetings and process improvements.
• Represent Inventory Control during traceability exercises and audits.
• Quarantine customer product when required and ensure proper disposition.
• Maintain proficiency in WMS and inventory tracking processes.
• Resolve customer inventory disputes through research and investigation.
• Develop and maintain documentation procedures for customers and company.
• Assist with inventory adjustments for accurate billing and reporting.
• Support warehouse operations and perform additional duties as assigned.
