Job summary

UW Interco, LLC is seeking an Inventory Specialist in Louisville to maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and audits. The role collaborates with warehouse operations, production and supply chain teams to improve control and support efficiency.

The candidate will analyze variances, ensure proper material movement, and assist in developing process improvements while adhering to safety and quality standards. A strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High school grad with some college is acceptable.
• Experience in manufacturing or warehouse is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organization required.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Epicor software to process cycle counts and review on-hand inventory.
• Ensure material issued and manufacturing receipts match records.
• Cycle count raw materials, packaging, finished goods and nonconforming items daily.
• Analyze variances between system and physical counts and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain inventory locations and assist with locating misclassified stock.
• Support safety, housekeeping and process improvement initiatives.
