Job summary

CEVA Supply Chain is hiring an Inventory Cycle Counter I in Bethlehem, PA. The role performs daily, weekly, and monthly inventory cycle counts and compares results to the Warehouse Management System to verify quantity, location, and part numbers, while ensuring product safety and compliance.

Responsibilities include counting serialized and non-serialized items, validating raw materials, conducting bin checks, and performing forklift/equipment safety inspections.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience using a Warehouse Management System.
• 6 months of experience performing cycle counts.
• Ability to train and certify on warehouse equipment within 60 days of hire.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong team player.

Responsibilities

• Count cycle counts for serialized and non-serialized products.
• Count raw materials to assess availability for repairs and prevent shortages.
• Apply cycle count procedures as part of inventory auditing and management.
• Compare bin contents to WMS data to identify discrepancies.
• Perform safety checks for equipment including forklift, order picker, scissor lift, and VNA.
• Perform basic arithmetic operations with two-digit numbers and larger values.
• Count up to 1,000 and use units of money, weight, volume, and distance.
• Follow simple one- or two-step instructions with minimal variability.
