White Cap Supply Holdings, LLC. is hiring an Inventory Control Associate in a fast-paced, on-site environment. You will audit daily inventory, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accuracy across cycles counts while supporting vendor quality checks.

The role emphasizes safety, adherence to internal controls, and performing other duties as needed. Ideal candidates typically have 2–5 years of relevant experience and comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience preferred.
• Experience with sales order software, preferably Oracle.
• Knowledge of construction and industrial products.

Responsibilities

• Audit inventory to balance systems during daily order processing.
• Research and resolve issues, adjustments and discrepancies; follow internal controls.
• Maintain inventory accuracy; complete follow up to prior adjustments; review cycle counts.
• Maintain time control tables aligned with base tables and allocations.
• Receive products from vendors; check quality and report issues to buyers.
• Maintain quality control and inventory control manuals.
• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds; follow safety policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Typically 2–5 years of experience.
