Job summary

Sysco is seeking a Warehouse Inventory Associate to perform quarterly cycle counts and maintain accuracy of inventory at item and location levels. You will handle adjustments in the WMS, verify lot and date integrity, and support loss prevention as part of daily operations.

Qualifications

• Must perform quarterly cycle counts and maintain accuracy of perpetual inventory.
• Must be proficient with WMS and RF scanning tools for data entry and verification.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate discrepancies to supervisors.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office for reporting and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform quarterly cycle counting of inventory and ensure accuracy of lot, date, and storage location data.
• Enter and adjust inventory data in WMS; verify information for planning and evaluation.
• Identify and report potential loss, damage, or misplacement and participate in corrective actions.
• Research and resolve OS&D forms; assist with cycle count validations and reconciliations.
