Job summary

Sysco Intermountain is seeking a Finance/Inventory Clerk to perform cycle counts and maintain stock records. You will research discrepancies, support recall processes, and serve as Will-call Clerk on Saturdays in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

Responsibilities include cycle counting four times a year, verifying weight variances, and ensuring proper FIFO rotation while supporting reports and transfers between cooler and freezer locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year experience preferred.
• English reading/writing and basic math required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure inventory counts are accurate through cycle counting.
• Cycle count warehouse at least four times per year.
• Perform quality checks on date-sensitive and obsolete items.
• Investigate weight variances and receiving issues.
• Check FIFO items for proper rotation.
• Verify reserves and transfer processes.
• Document product transfers from cooler to freezer.
• Review reports and research inventory shrink causes.
• Coordinate will-call orders on schedule.
