Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola in Idaho is seeking an Inventory Coordinator to manage warehouse inventory, perform counts, and ensure accurate records according to company policies. The role supports inbound/outbound shipments and coordinates with drivers to maintain smooth operations.

The position requires a High School Diploma, 1+ year warehouse experience, and strong Excel/MS Office skills. Early morning schedule with overtime is typical, and safety procedures are a priority.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 1+ years Warehouse and/or inventory experience required.
• Analytical skills and ability to count.
• Strong PC skills including Microsoft Office and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile finished goods inventory in SAP, the inventory database, compared to the finished goods inventory that is physically counted.
• Conduct daily cycle counts to research and correct variances.
• Assist and maintain appropriate inventory levels and product loss control.
• Process all inbound/outbound shipments.
• Manage dock schedule in transportation management system.
• Check 3rd party Drivers in and out as they arrive for appointments.
• Complete all paperwork for shipping/receiving department and run daily/monthly reporting.
• Manage shipping/receiving schedule on dedicated and over the road drivers.
