Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola in Idaho is seeking an Inventory Coordinator to manage warehouse inventory control, perform counts, reconciliations, and maintain accurate records. The role supports shipping/receiving, supervises daily cycle counts, and ensures product availability while handling goods safely and efficiently.

The position requires a High School Diploma or GED and 1+ years of warehouse/inventory experience. Proficiency with SAP, SharePoint and Excel is essential, with physical ability to lift up

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
1+ years warehouse and/or inventory experience required.
Extensive knowledge of all warehouse processes and systems (SAP).
Analytical skills and ability to count.
Strong PC skills including Microsoft Office applications and SharePoint.
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in a non-climate controlled environment.

Responsibilities

Reconcile finished goods inventory in SAP with physical counts.
Conduct daily cycle counts and correct variances.
Assist in maintaining appropriate inventory levels and loss control.
Process inbound/outbound shipments and manage dock schedule.
Check in/out 3rd party drivers and verify shipping/receiving paperwork.
Write off damaged, out-of-date, or repackaged goods.
