Job summary

ABARTA Coca-Cola Beverages, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Inventory role in Cleveland to maintain and reconcile daily inventory for full goods and raw goods.

The position requires 3-5 years in warehouse/inventory, auditing experience, and strong Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, and forklift skills. Typical shift starts early morning with 8–10 hour days and 3–5 direct reports. ABARTA emphasizes safety and quality in operations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; Associates preferred.
• 3-5 years of warehouse/inventory experience, preferably in the consumer goods/beverage industry.
• Prior auditing experience.
• Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, Forklift strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Daily Cycle Counting of All Full Goods and Raw Goods.
• Daily/Weekly Variance Reporting.
• Month End Inventory Variance Reporting.
• Daily/Weekly Review of At-Risk Product and coordinating with Sales/Warehouse to Fire Sale Product.
• Slotting of New Product.
• Continuous Re-Slotting of Pick Aisles to Improve Order Builder Efficiency.
• Cross-Functional Communication to Production/Warehouse Teams on Improvement Opportunities.
• Daily Review of Out Stocks that show Inventory On-Hand.
• Manage On-Hold/Non-Conforming Product in SAP and Physical Storage.
• Adhere to Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality procedures.
• Complete assigned Health & Safety trainings.
