Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead the warehouse and shipping operations for our facility. You will supervise a team, ensure safety SOPs, and manage inventory levels while meeting production demands.

The role requires 2+ years in warehouse experience and at least 2 years of supervision, with budget management and SAP/MRP systems experience. This is a night shift position with a schedule 6:00pm–4:30am, four 10-hour shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or GED) required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 2+ years warehouse/inventory experience required.
• 2+ years supervising warehouse staff required.
• Experience managing budget required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Windows and Office programs.
• Proficient with SAP or similar MRP programs.
• Able to lead front-line employees effectively - may be in a unionized environment.
• Able to handle conflict.
• Ability to operate a manual/powered pallet jack required.
• Ability lift product (up to 50lb) frequently and repetitively required.

Responsibilities

• Staff, train, evaluate and develop team members.
• Supervise the daily activities of the warehouse ensuring the following of safety operating procedures
• Schedule warehouse team members to meet the demands of the facility
• Allocate necessary space for stock rotation
• Assist and maintain appropriate inventory levels and product loss control
• Oversee shipping and receiving functions as applicable
• Secure company assets
• Manage within labor and OPEX budget
• Performs other duties as assigned.
