Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking an Inventory Clerk to maintain accurate inventory levels and support audits in a distribution center. You will run daily cycle counts, verify records, and report discrepancies while ensuring readiness for SQFI/FDA and client quality standards.

The role involves coordinating recalls/holds, supporting quality training, and maintaining the site quality portal. A High School diploma or GED is required; ISO experience and MS Office skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required; associate degree or two years of equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Familiar with ISO requirements preferred.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Attention to detail.
• Pass Background and Drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Maintain perpetual inventory of materials and products and generate applicable inventory reports.
• Perform daily cycle count activities and inventory audits; track damaged inventory and report to leadership.
• Verify clerical records against physical counts; investigate and report discrepancies.
• Coordinate product recalls, holds/releases, and product infestation audits as needed.
• Support quality functions; ensure facility is inspection ready (SQFI, FDA, or customer needs).
• Maintain quality management portal and draft/revise site SOPs when required.
