Job summary

Kenco Group is seeking an Inventory Clerk to maintain accurate stock levels in a distributed warehouse environment. You will perform cycle counts, audits, and reports, while ensuring product integrity and compliance with quality standards.

The role may involve recalls, holds/releases, and adjustments to support customer needs and site-specific regulations. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, with preferred associate degree or two years of related experience, plus reliable

Qualifications

• High School or GED required; associate degree or two years of equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Familiar with ISO requirements preferred.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Attention to detail and accuracy; able to pass background and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Maintain perpetual inventory of materials and products and generate reports.
• Perform daily cycle counts and inventory audits; track damaged products.
• Verify clerical records against physical counts and investigate discrepancies.
• Coordinate product recalls, holds/releases, and infestation audits as needed.
• Support quality functions and ensure facility is inspection-ready (e.g., SQFI, FDA).
• Maintain quality management portal and draft/revise SOPs as needed.
