Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking an Inventory Clerk to maintain accurate inventory levels in a distribution center and support reporting, cycles counts, and system audits. You will prepare materials for shipping/receiving and assist with recalls, holds/releases, and product inspections as required.

The ideal candidate has a High School diploma or GED, with 2+ years in a warehouse setting and proficiency in MS Excel and inventory systems. Travel not required; site-specific duties may apply.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required; associate degree or two years of equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain perpetual inventory of materials and products and generate inventory reports.
• Perform daily cycle count activities and inventory audits; track damaged inventory and report discrepancies.
• Verify clerical records against physical counts and investigate discrepancies.
• Coordinate product recalls, holds/releases, and infestation audits as needed.
• Support quality functions to keep the facility inspection-ready (SQFI, FDA, etc.).
